Welcome back to the Manga Revolution Podcast! On today’s episode I’ve recorded a solo podcast that gives my overall thoughts on the newest manga series being published by Shonen Jump titled PPPPPP. This series is by Mapollo 3, who at the age of 23 years old won Shonen Jump’s “Jump Shinsekai Mangashō” award in January 2020 for his one-shot manga titled “Hoshi no Alien ni Doryokushō,” which translates to Consolation Prize for the Alien of the Star. With this review I’ll be taking a look at the overall story, world building, and main characters introduced in the first five chapters of PPPPPP.
