SORCERER SUPREME #1 SOLICITATION

CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Steve Orlando

Sorcerer Supreme #1 makes the clear statement that Wanda Maximoff is only one in the Marvel Universe that should hold the top magic title. From the moment you open this debut issue you see why that is with Scarlet Witch taking down Dormammu with her own style of using magic. It sets the tone for the rest of this issue as Wanda shows she is not only learning from what Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom did before her, but also her own history. Doing things like creating a council to talk and get advice from along with other things that she does makes you compelled to see where Wanda takes the Sorceress Supreme title next.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #23

CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Jonathan Hickman
Artist: Marco Checchetto and David Messina
Colorist: Matthew Wilson
Letterer: Cory Petit
Ultimate Spider-Man #23 does its job of delivering a strong penultimate chapter for this series. For as much as this is a set-up for the series finale Jonathan Hickman, Marco Checchetto, and David Messina make sure everything progresses to its next natural point. =The stakes are as high as they can be as Peter Parker faces off against Kingpin and Mister Negative while Harry Osborn and Mysterio make big moves that can impact how Ultimate Endgame starts. That along with other things made Ultimate Spider-Man #23 do everything it needed to have a strong foundation for the finale to build on.
ULTIMATE X-MEN #22

CREATIVE TEAM
Writer and Artist: Peach Momoko
Script Adaptation: Zack Davisson
Letterer: Travis Lanham
Ultimate X-Men #22 brings a surprising close to the Shadow King storyline that Peach Momoko has been working on since this series started. The way Peach Momoko choreographs the entire fight you are not sure if this was going to be the end or not. Having that mystery made it so when we got to the conclusion of Shadow King vs the X-Men it was a genuine surprise. That is on top of how visually the fight ended with the final decisions Shadow King and Armor make. It creates a lot of question for the direction Ultimate X-Men will take in its final few issue.
