DC K.O. 1-1

October 2025 Comic Book Sales Rankings

It is time to check out the October 2025 comic book sales rankings. Things are getting murkier in terms of actual unit numbers. So, we must settle for going to ICv2 for their Top 200 sales rankings. It is not as good as actual unit numbers, but we must work with what we get.

Keep in mind that the Top 200 sales rankings are based on sales tracked at point-of-sale by the ComicHub system at over 125 local comic book shops selling American comics. These sales rankings represent sales to consumers by local comic shops.

We all know that these ICv2 sales charts based on the ComicHub system are not the best. However, as long as publishers hide their sales statistics, this is the best that we have to go by. You do see that these sales charts give a rough sketch of the market because titles that get canceled correspond with low sales rankings in these ComicHub charts. I wish we had better data to analyze, but we have to make do with whatever data we have these days.

The data for the October 2025 comic book sales rankings was collected based on a four-week month, from October 5 to November 1, 2025.

You can go over to ICv2 and check out the Top 50 for October 2025 for free, or opt for a pro membership (It is well worth the money) and get the Top 200 for October 2025, and then come back here for a detailed analysis of the October 2025 comic book sales rankings!

Table of Contents

The Battle for the Top 10

DC Comics placed six comics in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were flat from the six comics that DC Comics had in the Top 10 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as DC Comics had three comics in the Top 10 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as DC Comics had four comics in the Top 10 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had three comics in the Top 10 in October 2022.

DC Comics continues to enjoy excellent Top 10 success compared to the past three years. DC Comics’ Top 10 success drew mostly from the Absolute Universe franchise. Four of DC Comics’ six titles in the Top 10 were Absolute Universe comics. The other two titles in the Top 10 were from the DC K.O. big event and the Batman franchise.

Marvel Comics placed just two comics in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were down from the four comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 10 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down as Marvel Comics had six comics in the Top 10 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had five comics in the Top 10 in October 2023.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had seven comics in the Top 10 in October 2022.

Marvel Comics took a beating in the Top 10. The only two Marvel Comics titles to make the Top 10 were Peter Parker comics.

Marvel Comics’ month-over-month losses in the Top 10 did not come as a result of DC Comics. It came from Image Comics and Keenspot.

Image Comics placed one comic in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Image Comics had in the Top 10 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as Image Comics had one comic in the Top 10 in October 2024.

Numbers were flat from two years ago, as Image Comics had one comic in the Top 10 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Image Comics had zero comics in the Top 10 in October 2022.

Keenspot Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Keenspot Entertainment had in the Top 10 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 10 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 10 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 10 in October 2022.

Mark Spears Monsters: The Monster & the Wolf #1 debuted at the number 3 spot. Spears has been unstoppable as of late. It is wild to see such a small press like Keenspot in the Top 10. Such an amazing accomplishment.

The Battle for the Top 25

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 11-25 range typically sell in the 65,000 to 50,000 unit range.

Marvel Comics placed thirteen comics in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were flat from the thirteen comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 25 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Marvel Comics had twelve comics in the Top 25 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had fifteen comics in the Top 25 in October 2023.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had twenty comics in the Top 25 in October 2022.

This is a pattern we have seen over the past several months. DC Comics posts an impressive showing in the Top 10, and then Marvel Comics comes roaring back in the Battle for the Top 25. Having said that, the bad news is that Marvel Comics is down compared to two years ago. Even worse is that Marvel Comics is down by an even larger margin compared to three years ago.

DC Comics placed nine comics in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were down from the ten comics that DC Comics had in the Top 25 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as DC Comics had nine comics in the Top 25 in October 2024.

Numbers were flat from two years ago, as DC Comics had nine comics in the Top 25 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had five comics in the Top 25 in October 2022.

The Battle for the Top 25 reveals the stark problems for DC Comics. In the number 11 to 25 spots of the chart, Marvel Comics blew out DC Comics by a score of 11-3.

Five of the nine DC Comics issues in the Top 25 were from the Absolute Universe franchise. Two of the issues in the Top 25 were from Batman. Two comics were from the DC K.O. big event. DC Comics continues to struggle to produce any Top 25 successes outside of Bruce Wayne, the Absolute Universe, and major event stories.

Image Comics placed two comics in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were flat compared to the two comics that Image Comics had in the Top 25 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as Image Comics had two comics in the Top 25 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Image Comics had one comic in the Top 25 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Image Comics had zero comics in the Top 25 in October 2022.

Keenspot Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Keenspot Entertainment had in the Top 25 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 25 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 25 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 25 in October 2022.

The Battle for the Top 50

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 26-50 range typically sell in the 49,000 to 30,000 unit range.

Marvel Comics placed twenty-nine comics in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were flat from the twenty-nine comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Marvel Comics had twenty-eight comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had thirty-two comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had thirty-four comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

It is more bad news for Marvel Comics as numbers are down compared to two years and three years ago. What is interesting is that those losses are not due to DC Comics gaining ground. Because they have not. Instead, it is Marvel Comics losing ground to various other publishers, such as Image Comics, Dynamite, and IDW.

DC Comics placed fourteen comics in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were down from the sixteen comics that DC Comics had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as DC Comics had fourteen comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were flat from two years ago, as DC Comics had fourteen comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as DC Comics had fourteen comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

It is all bad news for DC Comics in the Top 50. Despite the runaway success of the Absolute Universe and all the press that DC Comics is getting, the fact is that nothing has changed in the battle for the Top 50. DC Comics has the same number of comics in the Top 50 as they did a year, two years, and three years ago. And everyone thought DC Comics was in trouble over the past three years.

For DC Comics to mount any legitimate threat against Marvel Comics in the Top 50, they must get other franchises outside of the Absolute Universe to become titles that consumers want to purchase.

Image Comics placed four comics in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were flat compared to the four comics that Image Comics had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Image Comics had five comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were flat from two years ago, as Image Comics had four comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Image Comics had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Dynamite Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Dynamite Entertainment had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as Dynamite Entertainment had one comic in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Dynamite Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as Dynamite Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Harley Quinn X Elvira #1 debuted at the number 27 spot. What a kick in the balls for DC Comics. Harley Quinn is as unpopular as ever and has been a permanent Dead Title Walking for years. And here comes Dynamite Entertainment and crushes a number 27 spot ranking with a character that DC Comics has completely failed to have any success with at all.

IDW Publishing placed one comic in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were flat from the one comic that IDW Publishing had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as IDW Publishing had two comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as IDW Publishing had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as IDW Publishing had one comic in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #12 fell from the number 32 spot to the number 45 spot. This is the lowest that we have seen this title to this point.

Keenspot Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Keenspot Entertainment had in the Top 50 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

The Battle for the Top 75

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 51-75 range typically sell in the 29,000 to 25,000 unit range.

Marvel Comics placed forty-three comics in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were flat from the forty-three comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Marvel Comics had thirty-six comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had forty-five comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had fifty-one comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

The bad news continues for Marvel Comics as their numbers are down compared to two years ago and down by a wide margin compared to three years ago. There is no doubt that Marvel Comics has made some errors that have caused it to shed some real market share.

DC Comics placed twenty-two comics in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were down from the twenty-six comics that DC Comics had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as DC Comics had twenty-eight comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as DC Comics had twenty-four comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had eighteen comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

We get more bad news for DC Comics as their numbers are down compared to a year ago and two years ago. Yes, DC Comics is doing better than three years ago, when it looked like they were circling the drain. But that is a low bar to set. DC Comics was not considered particularly healthy two years ago, so it is discouraging to see the publisher doing worse now.

Image Comics placed six comics in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were up from the five comics that Image Comics had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Image Comics had seven comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Image Comics had five comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Image Comics had four comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

Skinbreaker #2 dropped from the number 39 spot to the number 55 spot.

Dynamite Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Dynamite Entertainment had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Dynamite Entertainment had two comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Dynamite Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Dynamite Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

IDW Publishing placed one comic in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were flat from the one comic that IDW Publishing had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as IDW Publishing had two comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as IDW Publishing had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as IDW Publishing had one comic in the Top 75 in October 2022.

BOOM! Studios placed one comic in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that BOOM! Studios had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as BOOM! Studios had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were flat from two years ago, as BOOM! Studios had one comic in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as BOOM! Studios had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

Keenspot Entertainment placed one comic in the Top 75. Month-over-month sales were up from the zero comics that Keenspot Entertainment had in the Top 75 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2024.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Keenspot Entertainment had zero comics in the Top 75 in October 2022.

The Battle for the Top 100

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 76-100 range typically sell in the 24,000 to 18,000 unit range.

Marvel Comics placed fifty-two comics in the Top 100. Month-over-month sales were down from the fifty-five comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 100 in September 2025.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as Marvel Comics had fifty-one comics in the Top 100 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had sixty-two comics in the Top 100 in October 2022.

We conclude the Top 100 with more bad news for Marvel Comics. The numbers are down by a large margin compared to two and three years ago. That is a huge loss of market share compared to October 2022 in particular. Marvel Comics squandered its considerable lead in the market due to its editorial staff’s usual odd decisions.

Year-over-year numbers were worse as the Hasbro franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Transformers #25 climbed from the number 12 spot to the number 5 spot. This is the first time that Transformers has placed in the Top 10 since March 2025. Tagging in a new writer helped give this title a little added juice.

GI JOE #12 climbed from the number 60 spot to the number 42 spot. This ended this title’s one-month tour outside of the Top 50.

GI JOE A Real American Hero #321 climbed from the number 139 spot ot the number 98 spot. This is the first time this title has not been in the Dead Titles Walking category since January 2025.

Spawn Franchise

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as the Spawn franchise had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

King Spawn #50 rocketed up from the number 193 spot to the number 62 spot. This is the first time we have seen King Spawn in the Top 100 since King Spawn #31 took the number 98 spot in March 2024. This is an insanely high ranking for King Spawn. This is either a tough to explain sudden sales increase or a sign that the overall comic book market has become so soft in October 2025 that titles that normally sell in the Dead Titles Walking category are able to crack into the Top 75.

Spawn #369 climbed from the number 123 spot to the number 111 spot.

Gunslinger Spawn #48 climbed back into the Top 200 rankings and took the number 148 spot.

Deadly Tales of The Gunslinger Spawn #10 also climbed back into the Top 200 rankings to take the number 199 spot.

Sisterhood A Hyde Street Story #4 snuck back into the Top 200 rankings by taking the number 200 spot. This five-issue mini-series is going to struggle to conclude in the Top 200 rankings.

The Rocketfellers #10 was unranked for the sixth consecutive month.

Hornsby & Halo #11 was unranked for the eleventh straight month.

Godzilla

26 Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe #4 (Marvel Comics)

127 Godzilla (Kai-Sei Era) #3 (IDW Publishing)

147 Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe #3 (Resolictation) (Marvel Comics)

182 Starship Godzilla (Kai-Sei Era) #1 (Resolictation) (IDW Publishing)

198 Godzilla Escape the Deadzone (Kai-Sei Era) #3 (IDW Publishing)

Unranked: Godzilla vs. America: Kansas City #1 (IDW Publishing)

Unranked: Godzilla: Here There Be Aliens #5 (IDW Publishing)

The Godzilla franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was flat compared to September 2025, when the Godzilla franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe #4 climbed from the number 47 spot to the number 26 spot.

Godzilla (Kai-Sei Era) #3 ticked up from the number 132 spot to the number 127 spot. This title is far off the pace from its debut at number 47.

Godzilla Escape the Deadzone (Kai-Sei Era) #3 snuck back into the Top 200 rankings by taking the number 198 spot.

Godzilla vs. America: Kansas City #1 had a brutal debut by failing to make the Top 200 and going unranked.

Godzilla: Here There Be Aliens #5 was unranked for the fifth straight month.

Star Wars Franchise

108 Star Wars Jedi Knights #8 (Marvel Comics)

113 Star Wars: The Legacy of Vader #9 (Marvel Comics)

129 Star Wars #6 (Marvel Comics)

138 Star Wars Boba Fett – Black, White & Red #2 (Marvel Comics)

152 Star Wars: Han Solo – Hunt for the Falcon #2 (Marvel Comics)

Unranked: Star Wars: Doctor Aphra – Chaos Agent #5 (Marvel Comics)

Unranked: Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories – Tides of Terror #2 (Dark Horse Comics)

Unranked: Star Wars: Tales from the Nightlands #2 (Dark Horse Comics)

The Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 50. This was flat compared to September 2025, when the Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 50.

Star Wars Jedi Knights #8 ticked up from the number 111 spot to the number 108 spot.

Star Wars: The Legacy of Vader #9 fell from the number 86 spot to the number 113 spot. This title finally succumbs to the pull of the Dead Titles Walking category.

Star Wars #6 fell from the number 117 spot to the number 129. This is the lowest in the sales rankings that we have seen for this title to this point.

Star Wars Boba Fett – Black, White & Red #2 fell from the number 72 spot to the number 138 spot. Welp. It is no surprise that this title is a dead title walking, with just the second issue given the weak debut number.

Star Wars: Han Solo – Hunt for the Falcon #2 dipped from the number 144 spot to the number 152 spot.

Star Wars: Doctor Aphra – Chaos Agent #5 was unranked for a second straight month. Whichever editor keeps advocating for another Doctor Aphra title should be fired. It is one predictable sales failure after another.

Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories – Tides of Terror #2 was unranked for the second straight month.

Star Wars: Tales from the Nightlands #2 was unranked for the second consecutive month.

The Star Wars franchise has become an epic embarrassment for Marvel Comics. Each month gets uglier and uglier. Every single Star Wars title was either in the Dead Titles Walking category or unranked. That is horrendous. Lucasfilm and Marvel Comics have managed to take what was once the Ferrari of franchises and completely run it off a cliff into a ball of flames and twisted metal.

180 Spider-Girl #5

The Spider-Man franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and seven comics in the Top 50. This was better than September 2025, when the Spider-Man franchise had one comic in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Spider-Man franchise had two comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as the Spider-Man franchise had three comics in the Top 10, six comics in the Top 25, and nine comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

First up are the Peter Parker titles.

Amazing Spider-Man #14 climbed from the number 22 spot to the number 9 spot. Amazing Spider-Man shipped three issues last month, so it was expected to see this title back in the Top 10 this month.

Amazing Spider-Man Torn #1 had a nice debut at the number 15 spot. This five-issue mini-series from J. Michael Stracynski has the potential to be a good seller.

Spider-Man ’94 #2 fell from the number 11 spot to the number 34 spot. This is a bit steeper than I anticipated for this four-issue mini-series.

Radioactive Spider-Man #1 had an unimpressive debut at the number 39 spot.

Let’s check out the duo titles.

Spider-Man & Wolverine #6 shot up from the number 81 spot to the number 30 spot. This is where we normally see this title.

Let’s check out the knock-off Spider-Man titles.

Let’s zip over to the Venomverse.

Eddie Brock: Carnage #9 ticked up from the number 98 spot to the number 90 spot.

Let’s conclude with the ladies of the Spider-Man franchise.

Black Cat #3 climbed from the number 57 spot to the number 47 spot.

All-New Spider-Gwen The Ghost-Spider #3 ticked up from the number 101 spot to the number 97 spot.

116 Emma Frost: The White Queen #5

174 Deadpool / Wolverine #10 (Resolictation)

Unranked: Wolverine: Revenge – Red Band Raw: Black & White Edition #4

The X-Men franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and ten comics in the Top 50. This was better than September 2025, when the X-Men franchise had one comic in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the X-Men franchise had two comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and twelve comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the X-Men franchise had two comics in the Top 10, five comics in the Top 25, and eleven comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as the X-Men franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Amazing X-Men #1 debuted at the number 20 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Jed MacKay was the best seller among the Age of Revelation titles.

Unbreakable X-Men #1 had an average debut at the number 24 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Gail Simone should have done better than just barely squeak into the Top 25.

World of Revelation #1 had an unimpressive debut at the number 44 spot.

Sinister’s Six #1 also had an unimpressive debut at the number 49 spot. This three-issue mini-series from David Marquez is going to struggle to stay in the Top 75 next month.

X-Men Book of Revelation #1 had a blah debut at the number 50 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Jed Mackay is also going to have a tough time staying in the Top 75 to its conclusion.

X-Men Age of Revelation Overture #1 had a unremarkable debut at the number 61 spot.

Longshots #1 had an unimpressive debut at the number 68 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Gerry Duggan and Jonathan Hickman is going to struggle to conclude in the Top 100.

X-Vengers #1 had a poor debut at the number 87 spot. Jason Loo continues his string of having no sales success with Marvel Comics.

Expatriate X-Men #1 had an abysmal debut at the number 103 spot. This three-issue mini-series is already a dead title walking on arrival. We all knew this was going to happen since Eve Ewing is the writer, and she always bombs in the sales charts.

Omega Kids #1 had a terrible debut at the number 114 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Tony Fleecs is also dead on arrival.

The team titles for the Age of Revelation delivered terrible debut numbers. Only two of the seven team titles managed to sneak into the Top 25. Two of the seven titles debuted in the Dead Titles Walking category. This was an unimpressive start for Age of Revelation.

Let’s check out the duo titles.

Rogue Storm #1 debuted at the number 40 spot. This was not bad, but it was not great, either. This three-issue mini-series from Murewa Ayodele is going to struggle staying in the Top 50 with the next issue.

Iron & Frost #1had an unimpressive debut at the number 52 spot. This three-issue mini-series by Cavan Scott starring Emma Frost and Mr. Emma Frost will likely conclude in the Dead Titles Walking category. This is what we have come to expect from anything written by Scott.

Let’s check out the dudes of the X-Men franchise.

The Last Wolverine #1 had an average debut at the number 43 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Saladin Ahmed is going to be out of the Top 75 by the conclusion.

Undeadpool #1 had an unimpressive debut at the number 67 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Tim Seeley is going to have a tough fight to stay in the Top 100 until its conclusion.

Let’s wrap up with the ladies of the X-Men franchise.

Laura Kinney Sabretooth #1 had an average debut at the number 37 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Erica Schultz should be out of the Top 50 with the next issue.

Binary #1 had a weak debut at the number 57 spot. This three-issue mini-series from Stephanie Phillips will perform as poorly as everything else Phillips writes.

The Age of Revelation titles were incredibly unimpressive. Only two of the sixteen Age of Revelation titles made the Top 25. Only five of the sixteen Age of Revelation titles made the Top 50. That is brutal. The tiles are odd, and the selection of writers is rather terrible. So, this poor performance in the sales chart is not surprising. The editors who pulled together this event need to be put on probation.

Emma Frost: The White Queen #5 fell from the number 90 spot to the number 116 spot. With this issue, this five-issue mini-series has concluded. This mini-series was a sales failure.

Avengers Franchise

16 Captain America #4

33 Incredible Hulk #30

51 Avengers #31

81 The Mortal Thor #3

82 Return To Planet Hulk #1

177 New Avengers #5 (Resolictation)

The Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50. This was better than September 2025, when the Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Avengers franchise had two comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as the Avengers franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Captain America #4 ticked up from the number 25 spot to the number 16 spot. This was a nice rebound after an unexpectedly large drop in the rankings last month.

Incredible Hulk #30 rocketed up from the number 83 spot to the number 33 spot. This was a great rebound month for this title and higher in the rankings than we have seen in a long time.

Return to Planet Hulk #1 had a bad debut at the number 82 spot. There was not huge amount of interest in Greg Pak’s one-shot issue.

Avengers #31 ticked up from the number 54 spot to the number 51 spot. This is the third consecutive month that Avengers climbed in the rankings. This is the highest we have seen Avengers since Avengers #25 took the number 40 spot in April 2025.

The Mortal Thor #3 fell from the number 73 spot to the number 81 spot. This continues to be a sales nightmare for Marvel Comics. This title was a consistent seller in the 40-49 range of the sales chart before it got canceled. This silly restart of Thor’s title has gone sideways fast.

Fantastic Four Franchise

13 One World Under Doom #8

17 Fantastic Four #4

70 Fantastic Four/Gargoyles #1

72 Death of the Silver Surfer #5

159 Fantastic Four Facsimile Edition #10 Facsimile Edition

The Fantastic Four franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50. This was worse than September 2025, when the Fantastic Four franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as the Fantastic Four Universe had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Fantastic Four #4 ticked up from the number 21 spot to the number 17 spot. This title continues to be a solid Top 25 seller.

Fantastic Four/Gargoyles #1 had a disappointing debut at the number 70 spot. This one-shot issue was certainly a mash-up I never expected to see.

Death of the Silver Surfer #5 fell from the number 66 spot to the number 72 spot. This five-issue mini-series has now concluded. The gender-swapped Silver Surfer did not bring the sales numbers that Marvel Comics had hoped it would deliver.

The Ultimate Universe

7 Ultimate Spider-Man #22

19 Ultimates #17

23 Ultimate Spider-Man Incursion #5

53 Ultimate Wolverine #10 (Resolictation)

Ultimate Spider-Man Incursion #5 ticked up from the number 27 spot to the number 23 spot.

Ultimate Black Panther #21 climbed from the number 93 spot to the number 74 spot.

112 Batman Gotham by Gaslight – A League for Justice #4 (Of 6)

131 Harley Quinn #55

161 Detective Comics #1101 (Resolictation)

179 Poison Ivy #37 (Resolictation)

194 Immortal Legend Batman #2 (Of 6) (Resolictation)

The Batman franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50. This was worse in the Top 10 and Top 25, but better in the Top 50, compared to September 2025, when the Batman franchise had two comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Batman franchise had one comic in the Top 10, five comics in the Top 25, and nine comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Batman franchise had two comics in the Top 10, six comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as the Batman franchise had two comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and eleven comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Let’s start with Bruce Wayne.

Batman: The Long Halloween: The Last Halloween #9 shot up from the number 74 spot to the number 31 spot. Batman: The Long Halloween: The Last Halloween #10 then fell to the number 63 spot. With this issue, this ten-issue mini-series has concluded. This limited series was a solid seller that placed eight of its ten issues in the Top 50.

Detective Comics #1102 climbed from the number 61 spot to the number 46 spot. This is still far off the pace of the number 27 spot this title had in July 2025.

Immortal Legend Batman #3 ticked up from the number 59 spot to the number 54 spot. This six-issue limited series is going to have to fight like hell to conclude in the Top 50.

Batman Superman World’s Finest #44 climbed from the number 79 spot to the number 56 spot. This is the second consecutive month this title has improved in the sales rankings. This is also the same ranking this title had in July 2025.

Batman Dark Patterns #11climbed from the number 103 spot to the number 83 spot. This is close to the number 84 ranking this title had in August 2025.

Batman: Gotham by Gaslight – A League for Justice #4 ticked up from the number 129 spot to the number 112 spot. This is the second consecutive month that this six-issue limited series has been in the Dead Titles Walking category.

Let’s hop over to the duo titles.

Batman and Robin #26 inched up from the number 109 spot to the number 95 spot. This snapped a two-month stint in the Dead Titles Walking category. This title continues to sneak out of the Dead Titles Walking category every few months before falling back into it again.

Batman and Robin Year One #12 fell from the number 82 spot to the number 104 spot. This was a disappointing conclusion to this twelve-issue limited series. This title was an average seller.

Let’s check out the lone bat-boy title.

Nightwing #131 ticked up from the number 67 spot to the number 64 spot. This is the highest in the rankings that we have seen this title in several months.

Let’s wrap up with the ladies of the Batman franchise.

Catwoman #80 shot up from the number 190 spot to the number 107 spot. This is another example of a title that typically sells at the very bottom of the Top 200, experiencing an unusual sales surge this month. This further makes me think that the entire market softened in October 2025, allowing many poor-performing titles to rise up in the rankings.

Harley Quinn #55 climbed back into the rankings with the number 131 spot. This snapped a four-month stretch of going unranked. Like Catwoman, this title’s ranking further leads me to believe that the market has softened in October 2025.

Superman Franchise

28 Superman #31 (DC K.O.)

56 Batman Superman World’s Finest #44

66 Superman: The Kryptonite Spectrum #3 (Of 5)

71 Supergirl #6

79 Superman Unlimited #6

84 Action Comics #1091

100 Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton #5 (Of 5)

122 Superman Red & Blue 2025 Special #1 (One-Shot)

184 Superman #30 (Resolictation)

The Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was better than September 2025, when the Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Superman franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were flat from three years ago, as the Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Let’s start with Big Blue himself.

Superman #31 climbed from the number 55 spot to the number 28 spot. This title had sold outside of the Top 50 in four of the past five issues. This sudden surge in the sales rankings is certainly due to this issue being a DC K.O. tie-in issue.

Superman: The Kryptonite Spectrum #3 climbed from the number 77 spot to the number 66 spot.

Let’s take a look at man’s best friend.

Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton #5 climbed from the number 114 spot to the number 100 spot. This five-issue mini-series just managed to conclude outside of the Dead Titles Walking category. Good boy!

Let’s conclude with the sole lady of the Superman franchise.

Supergirl #6 fell from the number 63 spot to the number 71 spot. This title continues to trend downward and should be outside of the Top 75 next month.

Justice League Franchise

25 Justice League Unlimited #12 (DC K.O.)

77 Wonder Woman #26

80 The Flash #26 (DC K.O.)

92 Justice League The Omega Act Special #1 (One-Shot) (DC K.O.) (Resolictation)

115 Green Lantern Corps #9

153 Green Arrow #29

169 Green Lantern Dark #7 (Of 7)

171 Justice League Unlimited #11 (Resolictation)

189 Wonder Woman #25 (Resolictation)

The Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was flat compared to September 2025, when the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Justice League franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Justice League franchise had one comic in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in October 2023.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 50 in October 2022.

Let’s start with the team titles.

Justice League Unlimited #12 bounced up from the number 50 spot to the number 25 spot. This issue, being a DC K.O. tie-in issue, gave it a nice sales bump from where it had been for the past several months.

Let’s check out the Green Lantern franchise.

Green Lantern Corps #9 climbed from the number 130 spot to the number 115 spot. This title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category for five of the past six issues.
