The Followers of The Revolution voted for Final Crisis: Rogues Revenge #1 to win The Che for the best comic book of the week. It got some stiff competition from Captain America #40. I was pleasantly surprised to see Flash #242 getting some love in this poll. Flash has greatly improved over the past couple of issues. The results for best read of the week were as follows:

As always, The Revolution enjoyed the latest issue of Captain America. It seems that Brubaker can do no wrong when it comes to this title. Brubaker has done the impossible and actually made me a huge fan of Captain America.
However, I had to agree with the followers of The Revolution this week and went ahead and gave the Che for best read of the week to Final Crisis: Rogues Revenge #1. Johns turned in an entertaining read with this Final Crisis tie-in issue. There is little doubt in my mind that Johns will crank out a quality mini-series with this title.

Yeah, I know, I could have easily sided with the followers of The Revolution and given the Sequential Methadone Award to Amazing Spider-Man #566. But, at some point it is like beating up a little kid. I mean, it seems like almost every week the newest issue of Amazing Spider-Man is taking home the hardware for the worst read of the week. So, I decided to keep things from being so predictable and give the Sequential Methadone Award to Mighty Avengers #16. This issue is a deserving winner as it offered up a read that was pure filler.
So congrats to Final Crisis: Rogues Revenge #1 for winning the Che for the week and congrats to Mighty Avengers #16 for winning the Sequential Methadone Award for the week.
