The Revolution hasn’t cranked out as many reviews as possible. A nasty cold hit the Bunker this week and pretty much wiped us out. Now that we are starting to recover, we should start posting reviews a bit more regularly.

All right, we have another good sized shipment of new comic books headed to the Bunker this week.

Which DC comic book am I most looking forward to reading? That would be Justice League of America #7. Meltzer has done an excellent job getting this title off to a hot start. I enjoyed the first story arc involving Red Tornado that concluded with the last issue. I’m interested to see where Meltzer goes on this second story arc.

Which DC comic book am I least looking forward to reading? Superman #661. This title has been spinning its wheels for months. I’m stunned at the lack of direction and quality stories on this title. Especially when compared to how white hot Action Comics has been with Johns and Donner at the helm.

Which Marvel comic book am I most looking forward to reading? Immortal Iron Fist #4. Brubaker and Fraction are kicking some serious ass on this title. They wasted no time getting this new title off to a strong start. Iron Fist is a well written comic book.

Which Marvel comic book am I least looking forward to reading? Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #19. David continues to fail to get me hooked into what he is trying to do on this title. I think it is time to place this title on The Revolution’s probation list.

I’ll try my best to start posting reviews as soon as possible. I hope everyone enjoys their new comic books for this week.
