It looks like The Revolution is getting another good sized shipment of comic books headed to the Bunker today. Once again, we have a total of 10 titles for this week. It is certainly a DC heavy week. As always, I’ll try to post as many reviews as possible.

Which DC comic book am I most looking forward to reading? That would be Countdown #47. This title has been an absolute blast to read. I’m rather impressed that DC could follow an excellent series in 52 with an equally strong series in Countdown. For the first time in decades, DC has actually been providing me with more entertaining comic books than Marvel.

Which DC comic book am I least looking forward to reading? That would be Superman #663. The current Camelot story arc was broken up by several incredibly boring and uninteresting filler issues. And I can’t say that I have even found the Camelot story arc to be all that compelling in the first place.

Which Marvel comic book am I most looking forward to reading? Well, this is a pretty small week for Marvel so this choice is relatively easy. I’m going with Iron Man #18. The Knaufs have made this title a consistently good read and easily the best version of Iron Man that we have had in a very long time.

Which Marvel comic book am I least looking forward to reading? I’ll go with Avengers Initiative #3. I haven’t even posted a single review for this title because I am so neutral on it. Usually, an issue provokes me to write a review of it because it elicits a reaction either positive or negative. This title has failed to do either.

I’ll try my best to start posting reviews as soon as possible. I hope everyone enjoys their new comic books for this week.
