Ahead of its April 10th release BOOM! Studios has provided us with a first look at Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return #3 to share. This new issue picks up directly after the reveal of a new villain that has an appearance reminiscent of Rita Repulsa. What the plans writers Amy Jo Johnson and Matt Hotson, artist Nico Leon, colorist Dono Sanchez-Almara, and letterer Ed Dukeshire will be what we’ll find out in April.
As mentioned, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return #3 will be a major chapter for the franchise with the introduction of a new villain. But that won’t be the only reason why it is a major chapter. The April issue will also give us a full look at the daughter of Tommy Oliver and Kimberly Hart. Given that their daughter is teased to continue her father’s legacy as the new Green Ranger Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return #3 will be a comic book to make sure to pick up.
