IRON MAN #3
CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Joshua Williamson
Artist: Carmen Carnero
Colorist: Nolan Woodard
Letterer: Joe Caramagna
With Iron Man #3 Joshua Williamson and Carmen Carnero solidify this series as one we can expect to consistently deliver a quality read. Williamson and Carnero get that done by showing us how for all his genius Tony Stark is stretching himself thin. By trying to be the man that has it all and can get it all done Tony is not at the top of his game. There is so much going on that Madame Masque is able to take advantage of to stay several steps ahead of Iron Man. This leads to Madame Masque and A.I.M. to come across as major threats that leave you believing Iron Man is not enough to defeat.

CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Ryan Parrott
Artists: Vicenzo Federici and Jodi Nishijima
Colorists: Raul Angulo and Joana Lafuente
Letterer: Ed Dukeshire
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III #5 is an epic finale to the third crossover between the two franchises. This finale is filled with a ton of fanservice that readers will love. But even with all the fanservice the story doesn’t lose itself in just being about that. All the fanservice works into the payoff we get with the narrative we’ve had going on with not just the Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles but also Lord Zedd and Shredder’s forces. Everything wraps up in a way that fans will be left satisfied and still hoping we get more crossovers between the two franchises. Click here to read the full review.

ULTIMATE ENDGAME #3

Ultimate Endgame #3 is the chapter that this big event needed. There are true consequences to the choices made by the heroes as The Maker shows why it was wrong for them to mess with him. While there are still core problems with story choices made by Deniz Camp at least the positives outweighed the negatives in this third chapter of Ultimate Endgame. UNCANNY X-MEN #25
CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Gail Simone
Artists: David Marquez and Luciano Vecchio
Colorist: Matthew Wilson
Letterer: Clayton Cowles
For a story filled with horror monster antagonists for our heroes to fight Uncanny X-Men #25 finds a lot for the fans to have fun with. That is a credit to the energy Gail Simone, David Marquez, and Luciano Vecchio as they use this story as another showcase for the chemistry of the veteran and new X-Men teams. They lean into the Legion of Monsters being such wild cards as they present challenges that the X-Men don’t normally face. By being out of their usual superhero comfort zone, we see that you’re left wondering how everything will be resolved.

VOID RIVALS #28
CREATIVE TEAM
Writer: Robert Kirkman
Artist: Andrei Bressan
Colorist: Dee Cunniffe
Letterer: Rus Wooton
The Quintensson War concludes’ its second act with more action intensity. This time it does truly seem like one side will be coming out on top. Though what that will mean for this series is anyone’s guess. At the very least it creates concern for all involved, not just our leads. That is what you want from a story like The Quintensson War that Void Rivals has been building as a big payoff. That payoff should be big if Void Rivals #28 is anything to go by.
