February 2026 Top 200 Comic Book Sales Rankings

It is time to check out the February 2026 Top 200 comic book sales rankings. Things are getting murkier in terms of actual unit numbers. So, we must settle for going to ICv2 for their Top 200 sales rankings. It is not as good as actual unit numbers, but we must work with what we get.

Keep in mind that the Top 200 sales rankings are based on sales tracked at point-of-sale by the ComicHub system at over 125 local comic book shops selling American comics. These sales rankings represent sales to consumers by local comic shops.

We all know that these ICv2 sales charts, based on the ComicHub system, are not the most accurate. However, as long as publishers hide their sales statistics, this is the best that we have to go by. You can see that these sales charts provide a rough indication of the market, as titles that are canceled tend to correspond with low sales rankings in these ComicHub charts. I wish we had better data to analyze, but we have to make do with whatever data we have these days.

The data for the February 2026 Top 200 comic book sales rankings was collected based on a four-week month, from February 1 to February 28, 2025.

You can go over to ICv2 and check out the Top 50 for February 2026 for free, or opt for a pro membership (It is well worth the money) and get the February 2026 Top 200 comic book sales rankings and then come back here for a detailed analysis of the February 2026 Top 200 comic book sales rankings!

The Battle for the Top 10

DC Comics placed eight comics in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were flat from the eight comics that DC Comics had in the Top 10 in January 2026.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had three comics in the Top 10 in February 2023.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as DC Comics had one comic in the Top 10 in February 2022.

DC Comics delivers another dominating Top 10 finish for a second consecutive month. The combination of the Absolute Universe and the DC K.O. big event is simply unstoppable.

Four of DC Comics’ eight issues in the Top 10 came from the Absolute Universe franchise. Three of DC Comics’ eight issues in the Top 10 came from the DC K.O. big event. One of DC Comics’ eight issues in the Top 10 came from Batman.

Marvel Comics placed two comics in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were flat from the two comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 10 in January 2026.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had seven comics in the Top 10 in February 2023.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as Marvel Comics had nine comics in the Top 10 in February 2022.

The two Marvel Comics issues in the Top 10 were from the Ultimate Universe franchise.

Marvel Comics sales in the Top 10 have crumbled embarrassingly. It is stunning how poorly Marvel Comics editors have screwed the pooch and suffered insane sales losses in the Top 10. Just look at how dominating a lead Marvel Comics had in 2022 and 2023. It is incredible how such editorial malfeasance has put Marvel Comics in its current position.

Image Comics placed zero comics in the Top 10. Month-over-month sales were flat from the zero comics that Image Comics had in the Top 10 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Image Comics had one comic in the Top 10 in February 2025.

With the Hasbro Universe no longer white-hot, Image Comics has no shot of getting a title in the Top 10 in this market.

The Battle for the Top 25

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 11-25 range typically sell in the 65,000 to 50,000 unit range.

DC Comics placed thirteen comics in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were up from the twelve comics that DC Comics had in the Top 25 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as DC Comics had seven comics in the Top 25 in February 2025.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had four comics in the Top 25 in February 2023.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as DC Comics had four comics in the Top 25 in February 2022.

It is more good news for DC Comics as their numbers increased over an already impressive showing in the Top 25 from last month. Numbers are up by a wide margin compared to prior years.

Eight of DC Comics’ thirteen issues in the Top 25 came from the Absolute Universe franchise. Three of DC Comics’ thirteen issues in the Top 25 came from the DC K.O. big event. One of DC Comics’ thirteen issues in the Top 25 came from Batman. One of DC Comics’s thirteen issues was a new Vertigo title, Bleeding Hearts.

All of DC Comics’ Top 25 success is being driven by the Absolute Universe, which comprises 62% of the DC Comics issues in the Top 25. The Absolute Universe and DC K.O. comprise 85% of the DC Comics issues in the Top 25. DC Comics is betting the farm on just those two franchises to power all of its sales success.

Marvel Comics placed eleven comics in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were down from the twelve comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 25 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Marvel Comics had fifteen comics in the Top 25 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had seventeen comics in the Top 25 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had twenty comics in the Top 25 in February 2023.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as Marvel Comics had twenty comics in the Top 25 in February 2022.

Marvel Comics mounted a furious comeback in the Top 25, but still fell two issues short of tying DC Comics in the Battle of the Top 25. The bad news continues as Marvel Comics’ sales are down across the board. Even more alarming is that sales are down by almost 50% compared to 2023 and 2022.

However, one bright spot is that Marvel Comics has far more diversity in the number of franchises that power its Top 25 sales compared to DC Comics. Five of the eleven Marvel Comics issues in the Top 25 came from the X-Men franchise. Three of the eleven Marvel Comics issues in the Top 25 came from the Ultimate Universe franchise. Two of the eleven Marvel Comics issues in the Top 25 came from the Spider-Man franchise. One of the eleven Marvel Comics issues in the Top 25 came from the Punisher franchise.

Image Comics placed one comic in the Top 25. Month-over-month sales were flat from the one comic that Image Comics had in the Top 25 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Image Comics had three comics in the Top 25 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Image Comics had three comics in the Top 25 in February 2024.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as Image Comics had zero comics in the Top 25 in February 2023.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as Image Comics had zero comics in the Top 25 in February 2022.

As usual, the lone Image Comics issue in the Top 25 was from the Hasbro franchise. Image Comics has no shot of getting back to their Top 25 sales success in 2025 and 2024 without the Hasbro franchise heating back up.

The Battle for the Top 50

Based on historical numbers from the Comichron as well as projections through April 2022, the titles in the numbers 26-50 range typically sell in the 49,000 to 30,000 unit range.

Marvel Comics placed twenty-eight comics in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were up from the twenty-four comics that Marvel Comics had in the Top 50 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as Marvel Comics had thirty-three comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as Marvel Comics had thirty-one comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as Marvel Comics had thirty-two comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as Marvel Comics had thirty-two comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Marvel Comics blew past DC Comics and won the Battle of the Top 50 by a wide margin. The good news is that Marvel Comics did better in February than it did in January. However, the bad news is that numbers were still down compared to all prior years.

On the plus side, Marvel Comics has an excellent diversity of franchises powering its Top 50 sales. Ten of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues in the Top 25 came from the X-Men franchise. Five of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues came from the Ultimate Universe franchise. Four of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues came from the Spider-Man franchise. Three of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues came from the Avengers franchise. Two of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues came from the Punisher franchise. Four of the twenty-eight Marvel Comics issues came from Moon Knight, Fantastic Four, Godzilla, and It’s Jeff.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as DC Comics had fourteen comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as DC Comics had thirteen comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as DC Comics had nine comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Ten of DC Comics’ eighteen issues in the Top 50 came from the Absolute Universe franchise. Five of DC Comics’ eighteen issues in the Top 50 came from the DC K.O. big event. Two of DC Comics’ eighteen issues in the Top 50 came from Batman. One of DC Comics’s eighteen issues was a new Vertigo title, Bleeding Hearts.

All of DC Comics’ Top 50 success is being driven by the Absolute Universe and DC K.O., which together comprise 83% of the DC Comics issues in the Top 50. DC Comics is betting the farm on just those two franchises to power all of its sales success.

This is the main reason why DC Comics lost the Battle of the Top 50 by such a wide margin of ten issues. Outside of Bruce Wayne’s Batman title, DC Comics has nothing outside of the Absolute Universe and DC K.O. to help power its Top 50 sales. This is the risk of over-relying on just one franchise and one big event to power sales numbers.

Image Comics placed three comics in the Top 50. Month-over-month sales were up/down/flat from the four comics that Image Comics had in the Top 50 in January 2026.

Year-over-year numbers were flat, as Image Comics had three comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Thundarr the Barbarian #1 debuted at the number 79 spot. That is an excellent debut for this old Ruby-Spears cartoon from the early 1980s. I always liked Thundarr. There are also some big-name talents from Marvel Comics who were involved in the old Thundarr cartoon. Steve Gerber was one of the co-creators. Gerber was a phenomenally talented writer for Marvel Comics who was way ahead of his time. His groundbreaking Defenders, Man-Thing, and Howard the Duck were all delightfully subversive. My favorite creation of Gerber? The Elf with a Gun! Pure genius.

Comics icon Roy Thomas was a writer on Thundarr the Barbarian. The King himself, Jack Kirby, worked on the production design for the cartoon. The iconic Alex Toth designed all of the main characters. Yeah, it’s an impressive collection of talent, so you’d better put some respect on Thundarr’s name!

At any rate, Dynamite Entertainment has enjoyed wonderful success with its comics based on the old Hanna-Barbera cartoons. So, it is cool to see them having success with this old Ruby-Spears cartoon.

Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong 2 #7 took the number 127 spot. With this issue, this seven-issue mini-series has now concluded. This mini-series was a huge sales disappointment. This title did not come even remotely close to Justice League vs Godzilla vs Kong mini-series.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Godzilla #3 dropped from the number 75 spot to the number 85 spot.

Godzilla (Kai-Sei Era) #7 fell from the number 109 spot to the number 130 spot. This is the sixth straight month this title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category since debuting at number 47.

Godzilla: Escape the Deadzone #6 was unranked for the third straight issue.

Starship Godzilla #5 was unranked for the second consecutive month.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

IDW Publishing continues to have mixed success with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Surprisingly, IDW Publishing has not been able to capitalize on two massive franchises with TMNT and Godzilla and make that a Top 50 seller.

Star Trek Franchise

Unranked: Star Trek: Lower Decks #16

Unranked: Star Trek: Voyager – Homecoming #5

Unranked: Star Trek: The Last Starship #5

Unranked: Star Trek Deviations: Threads of Destiny #1

Star Trek had zero comics in the Top 50.

Unranked: Star Trek Deviations: Threads of Destiny #1 had a brutal debut, failing to make the Top 200 and going unranked.

The Star Trek franchise is a dumpster fire that makes the Star Wars franchise look healthy by comparison. I have never been a Star Trek fan, so I cannot intelligently comment on what its core fanbase wants or not in terms of content. But when I look at the comics being offered by IDW Publishing, it looks like the most cringeworthy level of garbage possible.

Star Wars Franchise

78 Star Wars Jar Jar #1

103 Star Wars #10

The Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 50. This was flat compared to January 2026, when the Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as the Star Wars franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as the Star Wars franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

The Star Wars franchise continues to be a Ferrari that was bought by a redneck and then turned into a demolition derby car.

Star Wars Jar Jar #1 debuted at the number 78 spot. That is insane. How did a title starring Jar Jar manage to even make the Top 200? You people are animals. LOL.

Star Wars #10 dipped from the number 99 spot to the number 103 spot. This snapped a one-month streak outside of the Dead Titles Walking category. This is brutal. Even when there are only two Star Wars titles on the market, there are no longer enough readers to propel both titles into the Top 100.

Spider-Man Franchise

The Spider-Man franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when the Spider-Man franchise had one comic in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and five comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Spider-Man franchise had one comic in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and five comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Spider-Man franchise had three comics in the Top 10, seven comics in the Top 25, and eleven comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as the Spider-Man franchise had four comics in the Top 10, seven comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as the Spider-Man franchise had three comics in the Top 10, five comics in the Top 25, and seven comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

The Spider-Man franchise has fallen on hard times as of late. The sales numbers are off by an alarming amount in the Top 10 and Top 25 compared to the past four years.

Amazing Spider-Man #21 took the number 12 spot, and Amazing Spider-Man #22 took the number 15 spot. This was similar to January 2026, when Amazing Spider-Man #19 took the number 10 spot, and Amazing Spider-Man #20 took the number 17 spot.

Amazing Spider-Man / Venom Death Spiral #1 had a solid debut at the number 26 spot. This one-shot issue kicked off the new Spider-Man and Venom crossover event.

Amazing Spider-Man Torn #5 dropped from the number 59 spot to the number 80 spot.

Spider-Man & Wolverine #10 fell from the number 65 spot to the number 98 spot. Ouch. This is the first time this title has sold outside of the Top 75 and just the third issue to sell outside of the Top 50.

Spider-Man Noir #5 dropped from the number 56 spot to the number 69 spot.

Let’s slide over to the Venomverse.

Knull #2 crashed and burned, falling from the number 18 spot to the number 56 spot. This five-issue mini-series seems headed to fall outside of the Top 75 with the next issue.

Venom #254 fell from the number 68 spot to the number 95 spot. This title has been in a free fall since Venom #253 took the number 35 spot.

Let’s wrap up with the ladies of the Spider-Man franchise.

Black Cat #7 ticked up from the number 35 spot to the number 32 spot. This is the third consecutive month this title has climbed in the rankings.

All-New Spider-Gwen The Ghost-Spider #7 fell from the number 92 spot to the number 112 spot. I predicted that this issue would fall into the Dead Titles Walking category this month. Look, this is where all Stephanie Phillips’ comic books are doomed to end up quickly. No one outside of Marvel Comics editorial is surprised by this.

X-Men Franchise

91 Inglorious X-Force #2

146 Rogue #1 (Resolictiation)

148 X-Men #24 (Resolictiation)

189 Uncanny X-Men #22 (Resolictiation)

The X-Men franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, five comics in the Top 25, and ten comics in the Top 50. This was better than January 2026, when the X-Men franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down in the Top 10 and Top 25, but up in the Top 50, as the X-Men franchise had two comics in the Top 10, six comics in the Top 25, and eighteen comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were up from two years ago, as the X-Men franchise had one comic in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down in the Top 10, but up in the Top 25 and Top 50 from three years ago, as the X-Men franchise had one comic in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and seven comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were down in the Top 10, flat in the Top 25, and up in the Top 50 from four years ago, as the X-Men franchise had one comic in the Top 10, five comics in the Top 25, and ten comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

The X-Men franchise benefited from unleashing six new titles this month. Unfortunately, only three of those six titles managed to debut in the Top 25.

Uncanny X-Men #23 fell from the number 16 spot to the number 23 spot. Uncanny X-Men #24 then fell to the number 33 spot. This title lost its Top 10 selling power months ago. Now, it is starting to struggle to stay in the Top 25. This will be interesting to watch over the next several months.

X-Men #25 fell from the number 26 spot to the number 29 spot. This is another bad sign for the X-Men franchise as its second core title is now selling outside of the Top 25.

Inglorious X-Force #2 dropped like a dead duck as it dropped from the number 44 spot to the number 91 spot. This is not a surprise given the soft debut number. This title should be out of the Top 100 by next month.

Magik & Colossus #1 had a solid debut at number 24. It will be interesting to see if this title can remain in the Top 50 next month, given this debut number. Ashley Allen is the writer. This is predictable, but still disappointing. She does not seem to be a good fit for the mainstream superhero genre. It also cannot be overlooked that Marvel Comics rolled out some gorgeous David Nakayama variant covers for this issue, which surely helped bolster sales numbers.

Wolverine Weapons of Armageddon #1 had a solid debut at number 22. This four-issue mini-series from Chip Zdarsky should be a solid seller. This story will lead into the Avengers: Armageddon event.

Wolverine #15 fell from the number 32 spot to the number 45 spot. Wolverine #16 then fell to the number 60 spot. Wolverine #15 was the seventh consecutive issue to sell outside of the Top 25. Wolverine #16 is the first issue to sell outside of the Top 50. I have never been impressed with Saladin Ahmed’s work at Marvel Comics. Ahmed has a history of not having sales success. It looks like even a mega star like Wolverine cannot pull Ahmed into the Top 25. At some point, Marvel Comics has to make a writer switch on this title. A Wolverine title should never sell outside of the Top 25, let alone the Top 50.

Logan Black, White & Blood #2 plummeted from the number 30 spot to the number 71 spot. This is a brutal drop for this four-issue limited series. Many readers were not impressed with what Saladin Ahmed, Larry Hama, and Tom Waltz had to offer with the debut issue.

Wade Wilson Deadpool #1 debuted at number 13, an excellent showing. It looks like Benjamin Percy may have another hit on his hands. Percy continues to stack some nice sales successes on his titles over the past few years.

Cyclops #1 had a nice debut at the number 20 spot. Unfortunately, Alex Paknadel is the writer, and he has been a sales failure on everything he has written for Marvel Comics. We shall see if this five-issue mini-series can become his first sales hit.

Storm Earth’s Mightiest Mutant #1 had an average debut at the number 35 spot. This new ongoing is written by Murewa Ayodele. This is disappointing news. Marvel Comics editors seem obsessed with only letting certain writers write specific characters. This is like how, whenever Scarlet Witch gets a new title, Marvel Comics always saddles her with Steve Orlando.

Ayodele had some surprise initial solid sales numbers with Storm’s previous title before it got cancelled with Storm #12. Storm #1 debuted at the number 25 spot. Storm dropped out of the Top 25 with issue #2. However, Storm stayed in the Top 50 for six consecutive issues. By Storm #8, the title dropped out of the Top 75. Then Storm #12 fell into the Dead Titles Walking category with the number 118 spot.

Marvel Comics editorial pulled out their well-worn and predictable playbook and cancelled Storm, and then announced a new Storm title written by the same writer. The result is that Storm Earth’s Mightiest Mutant #1 delivered a lower debut number than Storm #1. This is a pattern we have seen over and over again. Maybe this new Storm title will buck the trend. We shall see over the next few months.

Generation X-23 #1 had an average debut at the number 38 spot. This debut number indicates that Generation X-23 should drop out of the Top 50 next month. I feel even more bullish on that prediction given that Jody Houser is the writer for this four -issue mini-series. I have no clue how Houser got hired, given her history of truly epic sales failures.

Rogue #2 death spiraled from the number 23 spot to the number 61 spot. Woof. I predicted that this title would crater in the rankings despite a nice debut number. This is what any mainstream superhero comic written by Erica Schultz does in the sales rankings. This is another writer who mystifies me, how she continues to get employed by Marvel Comics. There is no doubt that this four-issue mini-series will be outside of the Top 75 with the next issue. What a missed opportunity with a cool character like Rogue.

Psylocke Ninja #2 crashed and burned, falling from the number 15 spot to the number 65 spot. Brutal. Tim Seeley’s five-issue mini-series seems destined to conclude in the Dead Titles Walking category.

126 Black Panther 60th Anniversary Special #1

159 Captain America #6 (Resolictiation)

192 Hulk Smash Everything #3

Unranked: Black Panther Intergalactic #3

The Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when the Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Avengers franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and five comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Avengers franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down in the Top 10 and Top 25, and flat in the Top 50 from four years ago, as the Avengers franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Avengers #35 dipped from the fell from the number 41 spot to the number 53 spot. This ended a two month climb in the rankings and a one month stay in the Top 50.

New Avengers #9 dropped from the number 104 spot to the number 118 spot. This is the third consecutive month that this title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category.

Let’s take a look at the dudes of the Avengers franchise.

Captain America #7 dipped from the number 22 spot to the number 30 spot. This is the first issue of Captain America to sell outside of the Top 25.

Alien vs. Captain America #4 ticked up from the number 54 spot to the number 48 spot. Hey! This was a surprise mini-rebound for this title and allowed this four-issue mini-series to conclude in the Top 50. This comic was a solid seller for Marvel Comics.

Iron Man #2 fell from the number 14 spot to the number 37 spot. Ouch. This has to be a disappointment for Marvel Comics. They paired Mr. Emma Frost with a high-powered writer in Joshua Williamson who has been posting insane sales numbers over the past few years. I am sure Marvel Comics was anticipating this title being able to hang in the Top 25 for a while. We shall see if Williamson can make Mr. Emma Frost a Top 50 seller which is something he has not been in forever due to Marvel Comics molesting his character so much over the years.

Infernal Hulk #4 dipped from the number 47 spot to the number 52 spot. Welp. This title is already out of the Top 50. I guess constantly canceling a title just to immediately restart the title with the same writer playbook is not working out with this title, either.

Hulk Smash Everything #3 dropped from the number 142 spot to the number 192 spot. This is brutal. Hulk Smash Everything #1 debuted at the number 59 spot. I know that debut number is nothing special, but to go from number 59 to nearly outside of the Top 200 in just two issues is horrendous. It is obvious that readers have not been impressed with Ryan North’s four-issue mini-series. The only question remaining is if this title can conclude next month ranked in the Top 200.

Mortal Thor #7 plummeted from the number 67 spot to the number 102. Oh, hey, its the same Marvel Comics playbook of canceling a title and immediately restart it with the same writer. And, once again, it has led to predictable sales failure. This is the first issue of this title to reside in the Dead Titles Walking category.

Black Panther 60th Anniversary Special #1 had an awful debut at the number 126 spot.

Black Panther Intergalactic #3 fell from the number 154 spot and dropped out of the Top 200 to end up unranked. It took this four-issue limited series just three issues to go unranked. It is what we knew was going to happen once we saw Victor LaVelle was the writer of this comic. Hiring non-mainstream comic book writers continues to blow up in Marvel’s face.

Let’s wrap up with the sole lady of the Avengers franchise.

Planet She-Hulk #4 fell from the number 83 spot to the number 99 spot. Keep in mind that this title debuted at the number 24 spot. It only took Stephanie Phillips three issues to drive away a large number of readers. Next month, I would expect this title to be in Phillip’ favorite place to hang out: The Dead Titles Walking.

Fantastic Four Franchise

28 Fantastic Four #8

62 Dungeons of Doom #2

72 Planet of the Apes vs. Fantastic Four #1

186 Fantastic Four #7 (Resolictiation)

The Fantastic Four franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when the Fantastic Four franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Fantastic Four franchise had one comic in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in October 2024.

Fantastic Four #8 ticked down from the number 27 spot to the number 28 spot.

Dungeons of Doom #2 plummeted from the number 28 spot to the number 62 spot. Yikes. That was a steeper drop than I anticipated for this three-issue limited series.

Planet of the Apes vs. Fantastic Four #1 had a bad debut at number 72. Welp. This four-issue mini-series has stumbled right out of the gate. I am not that surprised. First, I am unsure how much reader interest there is in the Planet of the Apes. Second, Josh Trujillo is the writer and he has never had any sales success on his mainstream superhero comics.

The Ultimate Universe

7 Ultimate Spider-Man #24

10 Ultimate Endgame #2

19 Ultimate Wolverine #14

36 Ultimate X-Men #24

39 Ultimates #21

82 Ultimate Endgame #1 (Resolictiation)

The Ultimate Universe had two comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and five comics in the Top 50. This was better than January 2026, when the Ultimate Universe had one comic in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Ultimate Universe had three comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Ultimate Spider-Man #24 ticked up from the number 8 spot to the number 7 spot.

Ultimate Endgame #2 fell from the number 2 spot to the number 10 spot.

Ultimate Wolverine #14 fell from the number 13 spot to the number 19 spot.

Ultimate X-Men #24 took the number 36 spot. This is the third consecutive month that Ultimate X-Men has taken the number 36 spot. Weird.

Ultimates #21 fell from the number 19 spot to the number 39 spot. Yikes. This is the second lowest ranking we have seen for this title. This title has now been outside of the Top 25 for two of the past three issues.

The Batman franchise had two comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when the Batman franchise had two comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and five comics in the Top 50.

Numbers were down from four years ago, as the Batman franchise had one comic in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and eight comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Batman #6 took the number 2 spot for the third consecutive month. Weird.

Batman Superman World’s Finest #48 took the number 51 spot for the second consecutive month.

Immortal Legend Batman #6 climbed from the number 79 spot to the number 57 spot. That was a nice rebound and allowed this six-issue limited series to conclude in the Top 75.

Batman/Static Beyond #3 rebounded from the number 84 spot to the number 68 spot. This is a good sign for this six-issue limited series.

Detective Comics #1106 fell from the number 63 spot to the number 75 spot. This title has now sold outside of the Top 50 for five of the past six months.

Batman and Robin #30 dipped from the number 87 spot to the number 93 spot. This title is unable to get back into the Top 75.

The Bat-Man Second Knight #3 fell from the number 105 spot to the number 145 spot. This three-issue mini-series was a sales dud.

Nightwing #135 dropped from the number 48 spot to the number 77 spot. This is the first time Nightwing has sold outside of the Top 75 since August 2025.

Let’s conclude with the ladies of the Batman franchise.

Sirens Love Hurts #1 had an average debut at the number 34 spot. This indicates that this title will be outside of the Top 50 with the next issue.

Add to that the fact that the writer is Tini Howard. Hilarious. Just when you thought DC Comics editorial might have grown a brain…they prove to you that they haven’t. This title is definitely going to end up in the Dead Titles Walking category, like literally everything Howard has ever written for Marvel Comics or DC Comics.

Poison Ivy #41 fell from the number 74 spot to the number 88 spot. This title cannot stay in the Top 75 for more than one issue.

Batgirl #16 dipped from the number 91 spot to the number 94 spot. This title from Tate Brombal continues to fight like hell to stay out of the Dead Titles Walking category.

Catwoman #84 plummeted from the number 112 spot to the number 150 spot. Torunn Grønbekk continues to be the next Tini Howard with her sales failures on this title. One day, Catwoman will get a real mainstream superhero comic book writer. One day.

Harley Quinn #59 fell from the number 169 spot to the number 184 spot. This title from Elliott Kalan continues to be a dumpster fire.

Superman Franchise

167 Superman Chains of Love Special #1 (One-Shot)

Unranked: Action Comics #419 Facsimile Edition

Unranked: Superman #423 Facsimile Edition

The Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was flat compared to January 2026, when the Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down in the Top 10 and Top 25, but flat in the Top 50, as the Superman franchise had one comic in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as the Superman franchise had zero comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Superman #35 fell from the number 34 spot to the number 46 spot. DC K.O. was able to surge this title to the number 29 spot two months ago, but that sales success was temporary. This title is already returning to its normal place in the rankings.

Action Comics #1095 fell from the number 73 spot to the number 96 spot. This ended this title’s one-month tour in the Top 75.

Superman Unlimited #10 fell from the number 100 spot to the number 122 spot. This title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category for three of the past four months. This title has been a huge sales disappointment.

Adventures of Superman Book of El #6 dropped from the number 127 spot to the number 158 spot. This title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category for five consecutive issues.

Superman Chains of Love Special #1 had an abysmal debut at the number 167 spot. What a brutal sales ranking for this one-shot issue. Of course, it was entirely predictable to anyone not a DC Comics editor. Leah Williams is the writer, and Williams’ titles always crash and burn in the sales rankings. It is comics like this that make you wonder about the business logic of the people running DC Comics.

Let’s wrap up with the sole lady of the Superman franchise.

Supergirl #10 fell from the number 62 spot to the number 84 spot. This quickly ended Supergirl’s one-month tour in the Top 75.

The Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as the Justice League franchise had one comic in the Top 10, four comics in the Top 25, and six comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were up from three years ago, as the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Numbers were up from four years ago, as the Justice League franchise had zero comics in the Top 50 in February 2022.

Justice League Unlimited #16 dipped from the number 37 spot to the number 44 spot. This title has been outside of the Top 25 since issue October 2025.

JSA #16 fell from the number 88 spot to the number 109 spot. This was also the same place in the rankings that JSA had in December 2025. This also ended JSA’s one-month tour outside of the Dead Titles Walking category.

Let’s hop over to the dudes of the Justice League franchise.

Aquaman #14 dropped from the number 72 spot to the number 83 spot. After the momentary sales bump from DC K.O., this title has inevitably slid back down in the rankings.

The Flash #30 fell from the number 84 spot to the number 104 spot. What a massive fall from the number 48 ranking Flash #28 had due to the DC K.O. tie-in story. This title is back down to where it was in November 2025, when it was at the number 109 spot in the rankings.

DC Comics has tried everything from switching the writer to having a DC K.O. tie-in story, and nothing can keep The Flash out of the Dead Titles Walking category. Just admit defeat and bring back Barry Allen already. The Flash should never be a perennial Dead Titles Walking comic book.

Let’s slide over to the Green Lantern comics.

Green Lantern #32 fell from the number 125 spot to the number 136 spot. It is ridiculous that DC Comics does not have Green Lantern in the Top 50 every month.

Green Lantern Corps #13 fell from the number 125 spot to the number 138 spot. Morgan Hampton’s title has been in the Dead Titles Walking category for eight of the past nine issues. Hampton has never had sales success for DC Comics and is simply not a mainstream superhero comic book writer. DC Comics has to switch up the writer on this title. Again, there is no reason for a Green Lantern Corps title to be forever in the Dead Titles Walking category.

Let’s conclude with the sole lady of the Justice League franchise.

Wonder Woman #30 fell from the number 57 spot to the number 64 spot.

The Absolute Universe

1 Absolute Batman #17

4 Absolute Wonder Woman Annual 2026 #1 (One-Shot)

6 Absolute Superman #16

9 Absolute Wonder Woman #17

11 Absolute Batman #16 (Resolictiation)

14 Absolute Batman #15 (Resolictiation)

16 Absolute Martian Manhunter #9

25 Absolute Green Lantern #11

31 Absolute Wonder Woman #16 (Resolictiation)

43 Absolute Martian Manhunter #8 (Resolictiation)

76 Absolute Flash #11 (Resolictiation)

86 Absolute Batman #14 (Resolictiation)

87 Absolute Batman Annual 2025 #1 (One-Shot) (Resolictiation)

142 Absolute Batman Ark-M Special #1 (One-Shot) (Resolictiation)

191 Absolute Superman #15 (Resolictiation)

The Absolute Universe had four comics in the Top 10, six comics in the Top 25, and ten comics in the Top 50. This was worse in the Top 10, better in the Top 25, and flat in the Top 50 compared to January 2026, when the Absolute Universe had five comics in the Top 10, eight comics in the Top 25, and ten comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were up, as the Absolute Universe franchise had three comics in the Top 10, three comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Absolute Batman #17 ticked up from the number 2 spot to the number 1 spot. Seventeen issues into this title, and it is still scoring the number 1 overall spot in the rankings. Incredible.

Absolute Superman #16 took the number 6 spot, which was the same place in the rankings this title took in January 2026.

Absolute Wonder Woman Annual 2026 #1 scored the number 4 spot.

Absolute Wonder Woman #17 dipped from the number 7 spot to the number 9 spot.

Absolute Martian Manhunter #9 dipped from the number 11 spot to the number 16 spot.

Absolute Green Lantern #11 dipped from the number 21 spot to the number 25 spot. This title continues to be the “weakest” selling title from the Absolute Universe franchise. That is a testament to the Absolute Universe when its lowest-selling title still takes the number 25 spot!

Absolute Batman continues to be the star of the show. Absolute Wonder Woman, Absolute Superman, Absolute Martian Manhunter, and Absolute Flash each had one resolicited issue in the Top 200. That’s cute.

Absolute Batman posted five resolicited issues in the Top 200. Two of the resolicited issues were in the Top 15. Four of the resolicited issues were in the Top 87. That is insane.

Supernatural Comics

73 Sorcerer Supreme #3 (Marvel Comics)

117 Doctor Strange #3 (Marvel Comics)

139 Spirits of Violence #5 (Marvel Comics)

149 Sorcerer Supreme #2 (Marvel Comics) (Resolictiation)

164 Wiccan Witches’ Road #3 (Marvel Comics)

187 Marvel Zombies Red Band #5 (Marvel Comics) (Resolictiation)

Sorcerer Supreme #3 fell from the number 66 spot to the number 73 spot. I predicted this title would fall out of the Top 75 this month. It looks like that is going to happen next month.

Doctor Strange #3 plummeted from the number 76 spot to the number 117 spot. This is a title that debuted at the number 27 spot two months ago! What a brutal death spiral in the sales rankings. Obviously, readers did not like what Derek Landy was delivering over the first three issues of this new title!

Spirits of Violence #5 fell from the number 105 spot to the number 139 spot. This is the third consecutive month that this five-issue mini-series has been in the Dead Titles Walking category.

Wiccan Witches’ Road #3 plummeted from the number 126 spot to the number 164 spot. This title has been falling like a dead duck since it debuted two months ago at the number 50 spot. Nobody outside of Marvel Comics editorial is surprised. I certainly could not figure out why Marvel Comics thought their readership would want to buy this title.

Cosmic Comics

48 Alien s. Captain America #4 (Marvel Comics)

72 Planet of the Apes vs. Fantastic Four #1 (Marvel Comics)

120 Predator Bloodshed #1 (Marvel Comics)

124 Nova Centurion #4 (Marvel Comics)

Predator Bloodshed #1 had a horrendous debut at the number 120 spot. Maybe hiring a TV writer and a YA graphic novelist was a bad idea for a mainstream Marvel Comics title?

Nova Centurion #4 fell from the number 90 spot to the number 124 spot. This title has now been in the Dead Titles Walking category for two of the past three issues.

Street Level Comics

18 Punisher #1 (Marvel Comics)

27 Marc Spector Moon Knight #1 (Marvel Comics)

47 Daredevil / Punisher: The Devil’s Trigger #4 (Marvel Comics)

113 Punisher Red Band #5 (Marvel Comics) (Resolictiation)

172 Deadly Hands of K’un-Lun #1 (Marvel Comics)

Punisher #1 had a great debut at the number 18 spot. We got Frank Castle plus his iconic logo doing vintage Punisher stuff. See, it’s not so hard when Marvel Comics editors don’t act all weird. Hopefully, Benjamin Percy has success with this title.

Marc Spector Moon Knight #1 had an okay debut at the number 27 spot. This title seems to slide down the rankings with each new title Marvel Comics rolls out for Moon Knight. We shall see if Jed MacKay can keep this title a consistent Top 50 seller.

Daredevil / Punisher: The Devil’s Trigger #4 ticked up from the number 53 spot to the number 47 spot. This ended this title’s one-month tour outside of the Top 50. What a great sign for this title. This five-issue mini-series might be able to conclude in the Top 50.

Deadly Hands of K’un-Lun #1 had a brutally awful debut at the number 172 spot. Nobody cares about this mantle swap Iron Fist. This character immediately dies in the rankings with every attempt. This five-issue mini-series has a good chance of being unranked soon.

Legacy Character Comics

70 Titans #32 (DC K.O.) (DC Comics)

77 Nightwing #135 (DC Comics)

84 Supergirl #10 (DC Comics)

94 Batgirl #16 (DC Comics)

152 DC K.O. The Kids Are All Fight Special #1 (One-Shot) (DC Comics) (Resolictiation)

164 Wiccan Witches’ Road #3 (Marvel Comics)

Unranked: Teen Titans Go! #12

There were zero legacy character comics in the Top 50. This was worse than January 2026, when there were zero legacy character comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as there were zero legacy character comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as there were zero legacy character comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and four comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as there were zero legacy characters in the Top 10, one in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

Titans #32 dropped from the number 64 spot to the number 70 spot. This title is sinking back to where we usually found it before the DC K.O. tie-in issues.

Mantle Swap Comics

38 Generation X-23 #1 (Marvel Comics)

95 Venom #254 (Marvel Comics)

94 Batgirl #16 (DC Comics)

104 The Flash #30 (DC K.O.) (DC Comics)

172 Deadly Hands of K’un-Lun #1 (Marvel Comics)

183 Miles Morales: Spider-Man #42 (Marvel Comics) (Resolictiation)

198 The Flash #29 (DC K.O.) (DC Comics) (Resolictiation)

There were zero mantle swap comics in the Top 10, zero comics in the Top 25, and one comic in the Top 50. This was better than January 2026, when there were zero mantle swap comics in the Top 50 comics in the Top 50.

Year-over-year numbers were down, as there were zero mantle swap comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in February 2025.

Numbers were down from two years ago, as there were zero mantle swap comics in the Top 10, one comic in the Top 25, and three comics in the Top 50 in February 2024.

Numbers were down from three years ago, as there were two mantle swap comics in the Top 10, two comics in the Top 25, and two comics in the Top 50 in February 2023.

This category continues to be littered with titles that get poor sales numbers. DC Comics has largely abandoned this category. Marvel Comics? They still think there is a path to success somewhere here.
